Need back-end (AWS: cognito, dynamoDB, graphQL) and hookup to rect-native and electron front -- 2

The front-ens react native part is complete. I need the back-end to be done, some minor front-end fixes. If all goes well, I will give you a second project and a third, and so on. If you have AI skills - that is a huge plus.
This app works as a "Notes" or "TODO" type of app. Please let me know a realistic timeframe. Here is what I need to be done using GitHub, Docker, and Jenkins:
