Need a React Native or Flutter app built

I need a 30 screen app built. Either using React Native or Flutter. React Native is first preference. The UI design is already done, UI design is a glassomorphic design. The app need to be responsive, must have fluent animation, like react-native-shared-element animation.

All the pages are already designed. Requirement below is only to give you an idea about the work and scope of the project.

You don't need to implement a backend, you can use a mock backend. But the app need to be functional with mock data/mock api

The app has following requirements:
1. App should allow user needs to sign in using email and password
2. App should allow user needs to sign in google sign in.
3. App should allow user to sign up using Google Sign in or through email.
4. The app should display listing offered, by us to the customer as per the ui design
5. The app should allow user to search filter the listings
6. The app should allow user to book and customize the component of the listing prior to booking.
7. The app should have a bookings list page.
8. The app should have a profile page
9. The app should have a Social Hub section
10. For each booked listing there needs to be a booking tracking page.

Social Hub requirements:
1. All user list page
2. Chat room page
3. Private Chat page.


Again all the pages mentioned here are already designed.
