Tinkerly’s Lab solutions are benefitting 100K+ students across 250 schools and their opensource STEM learning mobile app ‘Lets Tinker’ has 50K+ downloads on play store.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Frame specifications based on high level understanding of the problem statement
and develop the code
• Develop, write and implement software programming applications following
established architecture standards as well as software development methodologies
• Implementing low level solutions for business problems
• Write high quality code using the guidelines and effectively debug the code
• Document the code changes, package the code, and unit test it
• Perform code review of junior members
• Work with the application development team in delivering the project and
deliverable within time and good quality
• Assess requirements for new and enhanced functionalities; identify impact on
existing applications, operating systems, hardware and networks
• Perform unit testing, ensure quality assurance of applications through system testing
• Keep up-to date with latest technologies, trends and provides
inputs/recommendations to project manager or the architect as required.
• Coordinate and communicate with the other tracks and disciplines involved in the
project
Skills and Competencies:
o Strong technical knowledge of Web Technologies such as .NET Core, Web
API, C#, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS3
o Vue.js, Android, Flutter
o Must have strong experience in MVC and Entity Framework.
o Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Development.
o Strong experience in SQL Server.
o Good understanding of Design Patterns and Principles.
o Working knowledge of WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework and Web Services.
o Understanding of modern development methodologies and tools including
Agile (XP and Scrum), Rapid Application Development, etc.
o Knowledge of Micro-services, Dockers, Kubernetes would be an added
advantage.
o Exposure to Azure (PaaS) would be a value-add.
