Need Flutter/Dart Developer for Android and IOS App

We have an android/IOS App (with source code) that needs some modification in the existing functionalities, and also some new features need to be added. We need someone who can understand the source code and make the necessary changes.
In brief, this App connects to the database of clients of several online stores, and manages customer profiles, promotions, loyalty points and alike. We need to enhance its scope by adding features to the App like additional stores, allowing the staff to create new promotions, display various offers to the customers and giving loyalty points to them. Full project details will be given to the selected developer.
The App (Both Android & IOS versions) is already running smoothly, but there are 1-2 minor issues (like auto update needs reinstallation) . These need to be taken care of.
Some working knowledge of MS-Navision is desirable.
