Need Basic Audio Player within Ionic App

We have an existing Ionic app built. After a user clicks a button on one screen, we want the basic HTML audio player to be initialized and an MP4 or WAV file played automatically, with some screen controls to mute the music if desired. We are not sure if just basic HTML can be used or if we need a more advanced javascript to be use or some other library to be used that we don't know about.

Please tell us what your Cost and time to do it would be. This is a standard Ionic 4 app with a Laravel PHP MySQL stack.
