Need Assistance with my App Changes

Okay, I have a HUGE dilemma. I just recently had an app built from scratch. My app builder is amazing. She did everything 200% of my expectations. Here's the issue. The app is built and up on both app stores. I had certain assumptions of its flexibilities. It's a delivery business. The problem is, the pricing options are built for a moving company and I'm a delivery company. I launched last week but am having to do things manually right now. My app builder is saying she's already started other projects and can't put the time in right now.
