Need Android app and dashboard admin panel

Application Overview
The Application is a lottery type app in which user shave to buy in app
currency like in other app sand then buy lottery ticket to join contest with
the secoins. It is a gamers specific app particularly BGMI (Battleground
mobile India).Our app should randomize the lottery ticket numbers and
randomly create a sequence from 1 to the total no’ of tickets. And at the
end the selected winners will be rewarded within app currency coins in
their wallet which will be only redeemed to buying a me currency like UC
cash and other in game currencies.
