NativeScript Mobile App - Digital City Guides & Chat

We currently have a web application that enables users to buy city trips through an innovative and clean UI. To support our customers and add an additional value to their purchase, we now plan a mobile application that support them in their travels with, for example, a chat function and digital city guides.
==== Design ====
The design is ready and is available through Invision. The development of the app is divided in 3 Milestones:
Milestone 1: 25 screens.
Milestone 2: 5 screens
Additional requirements are listed in separate JIRA stories. The map technology used will be Mapbox (https://www.mapbox.com/).
==== Notes ====
* Firebase / Firestore is used for the existing web applications that are already productive;
* (Paid) Services that are required for the app are paid for by us;
* Not all data models are defined yet in Firestore. This needs to be done during the development in co-operation with us;
* Communication and requirements are defined in JIRA (you will be granted access)
* Payment is done AFTER the app is released to both app stores;
* Apple app store;
* Google app store.
* Payment is done through Freelancer.com

* The mobile application needs to be developed in NativeScript;
* The mobile application needs to be developed for both iOS and Android;
* All major functions need to be covered by well-written unit and integration tests;
* Testing needs to be able to be done through mobile devices using NativeScript Playground (https://play.nativescript.org/);
* The app should not have any crashes/bugs;
* The app should work for all screen resolutions;
* Google’s “coding guidelines” need to be followed (https://google.github.io/styleguide/);
* All animations in the app need to be completely fluid;
