Native IOS App (BLE -> OBD2 Key)

I need to create a native IOS app, based on an existing one for Android (developed with Cordova in Monaca framework).
App need to be exactly as the Android one.
App need to connect via Bluetooth LE to an OBD2 device and parse specific data's from it.

MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Have some experience with OBD devices, because this app is born to work with OBD keys.
