Create a Native Android App. Basically it's a relatively simple app with 3-4 pages of text and graphics, a few social links and the videos. The iOS-version of OUR existing iOS-App - called kidscut - is already online and can be seen here:

The iOS-version has an in-app-purchase which is not necessary for the Android-version.
After buying the app all the videos from our server can be downloaded and viewed as often as the user like. It is very important that the videos can only be played within the app. This means that the downloaded videos cannot be saved, watched and shared in the usual Android folders, libaries and/or (external) memory cards!!!
All required images, texts and graphics are supplied.
