NFT Portfolio App

Need an app that can only be accessed through an NFT that the user needs to possess in their wallet.
App is an NFT portfolio Tracker
Needs to pull relevant Wallet Info from a user.
Including but not limited to:
*Wallet ID
*Purchase info from NFT - Collection Name, ID, Purchase Date, Purchase Price
*Collection Data - Number of pieces, Magic Eden Floor Price, Sales History (ME)
(Magic Eden has Open API)
*Portfolio Management - Cost of NFT (or selected NFT's), Current Value (Floor Price) and Profit/Loss

That's the MVP version of what I'm looking to build.
Please let me know: Time frame to build and Cost to build.

Most include a nice UI/UX
