Multiple user GPS tracking using their mobile device into a Glide App

I would like to have an embedded HTML file (if possible) whereby we can track a users GPS position and share it with other user's GPS position using their mobile device.
This will help us see in realtime all the people (riders, spectators and event crew) out on a mountain bike course.
Having the ability to click on a GPS point to see the user or search for a user is also very important.
