Money Exchange platform

Hi, I would like to have a platform built where I can transfer Nigerian naira from a Nigerian bank account directly to the platform and the platform exchanges that money from Naira to Ugandan shillings and allows me to send the money to a Ugandan mobile money.A similar app to that is Eversend and Chipper Cash
