Mobile live streamer application

Project is about an mobile application that can be used to stream live events to Icareus suite OTT platform. The application should be able to stream live either using RTMP or WebRTC. We are flexible on the implementation technology and open for suggestions using React Native, React.js (via web views) or our native application. Please propose one or several alternatives for implementation based on your recommendation.
