Mobile QR code scaner

Very simple QR code scanner.
1. user registers their account and login into the mobile app to scan QR codes using their device back and front cameras.
2. scanner needs to scan the first few digits (;) separated from the QR code and upload it to the database and create an entry of the mobile app user, scan timestamp, and the code. Then on the screen of the device, it will show a green tick to let the user know the code is scanned and ready for the next scan again.
