We're currently looking into developing our mobile app for our services. We are an AFCS (automated fare collection system) company that also operates our own transport units.
Basically, our requirements range from the integration of our transport and ticketing services as well as membership management for our registered cardholders.
For the mobile, some basic requirements we have are the following:
1. Log in / Sign up (forgot password/pin,forgot or lost cp number,recovery email)
2. Load balance
3. Add card
4. Notifications ( insufficient balance, promotions, after tap in "Don't forget to tap out" )
5. Settings ( Edit, Change, Deactivate acct)
6. Merchant list/loading station
7. Routes
8. FAQs
