Memberships
1)Each member when buys the membership, must be assigned unique ID
2)when member uses membership on any of the location must record usage of the membership on that day
3)App must provide us i.e. our Employee the start date and Expiry date of the Membership
4)app must provide us the expiry date of membership one-month prior of the expiry date.
5) app must flash on customers app the expiry date of membership one-month prior of the expiry date.
6)when customer buys the Membership app must ask customer to provide Phone Number and picture of the customer so it can be used only by specific person.
7)app must show which location customer purchased the membership which includes employee’s name who sold the membership.
8)app must show how customer paid for the membership i.e .Cash or Credit.
9)app must save all the data on the server i.e. I-cloud etc.
10)app must display type of Membership.
Coupons
1)Each member when buys the Coupon Card must be assigned unique ID
2)when member uses Coupon on any of the location must record usage of the Coupon and subtract the usage on that day
3)App must provide us i.e. our Employee the start date of the Coupon and number of sessions left on that Coupon.
4) app must flash on customers app the Last Session of the coupon one-usage prior to the Last Session.
5)when customer buys the Coupon app must ask customer to provide Phone Number and picture of the customer so it can be used only by specific person.
