I would like to build mobile app act similar to IELTS Band Pro 9 App. The App should support Flash cards and Student Interactive such as drag and drop , Timer, multiple choice selection and provide also final feedback about the score.
The app should have one Icone for daily update for example if any news about the exam schedule changed I should be able to inform the student.
Options either direct full purchase pro version or we can restrict the user from accessing only few items full version should be sold for specific amount
Some of the data static and required data base on the backend . also some of the data available on the sample if we can pull, it will take less time. app You are expert and you can advise here.
Budget is limited for this project its it my first project and later deal with you to build more apps , that time you we can for higher budget. :) .I have 10k ideas but still collecting requirements .
