Mobile App to Record Audio, Decibel and Frequency

This app will record audio and will show the decibel and frequency of the audio on a graph. Other data will also be recorded. The UI graph will include scrolling left to right to advance or rewind the recording. I need a developer or company who has experience with Sound Spectrum Analysis and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). There will be a need for ongoing support which will include new features.
