Looking for very experienced mobile app programmers who are able to work under an extremely short deadline, but luckily for a fairly easy concept app design.
An NDA is a must!
App MUST be up and running before in less than 7 days. If you can't program a simple app in less than 1 week, please don't post a bid. I will instantly reject it as reading comprehension of the details is important.
The apps should be programmed thru Flutter as it seems to be the best choice for cross platform operation. (Unless if you can GUARANTEE seamless operation between Android & iOS thru Wi-Fi Direct)

Since the apps will be very simple, as it is truly intended to be operated by millions of people from all around the world, so simplicity is a main requirement of the overall operation and smoothness when it comes to navigating through.
Wi-Fi direct communication between both Android & iOS, though the apps is also a main requirement. So we will be looking for programmers who have already programmed an app in the past, that shows this desired application ability working in the real world already. If you can't provide one, we will unfortunately be overlooking your submission.
Design of the app logo is already done and will be shared with the winning party for immediate start on the application. Details of the app structure is already laid out and suggestions would be greatly appreciated if there are any.
Communication is a MUST! Please have excellent communication skills & be dilligent if there are any questions by asking at any time. Since the timeline is so short, urgent and immediate communication between parties should be of utmost importance. Though not much is expected to be said as the app design is honestly really simple.
Total price will be $1000 for the whole project. It breaks down to $500 per platform app. This is the required budget, so nothing over either. Please understand that we are going to be looking for PROVEN experience.
