Create Mobile App with the following features
1. Submit application forms and generate unique ID: 6-8 such forms.
2. Get application status based on application ID
3. Backend API to make entry into the database is already existing
4. Front End has to be designed by a UI Designer
5. Additional features for showing content like videos etc
6. Push notifications based on application status update
7. Provide addresses based on user pincode search from backend database
