Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
Looking to extend our reach to our patients. Looking to create either native apps or PWA to accomplish this depending on best approach.
It’s a bit unique as its specific to our processes so I am trying to gather how best to accomplish some business processes such as:
1) Notifying patients of their next refill and their ability to request a refill
2) Confirm Receipt of Delivery
3) Alternate means to communicate but has to be HIPAA compliant so thought about integrating with smarttertrack helpdesk chat api as we have a license or Qliq as we also have a license.
Again delivery POD is my main push and refill requests. Trying to understand best use cases as not sure best method to implement (native app or some PWA using cordova/ionic or something). Timelines..
