Medical subscription Program

Hello, I am looking to develop a program for a app based medical subscription service. That would operate similar to drizzly app. That app delivers alcohol to customers from retail locations and the platform. Allows for seamless purchases from locations in the area. They are then linked to drivers and the order is picked up and delivered.
