Marketplace for foodsellers

Need to build a marketplace-type website with a slick backend service. Ideally I'm expecting members of team for this project: 1 designer, 1 front-end, 1-backend, 1 ios apps, 1 android apps. But if there is some prodigy who able to achieve the goal successfully in short period of time - (2-3 months for instance) that would be great and rewarded.
