Make a NFC card based business card application

looking for an app developer who can work on NFC. need to write one URL on the NFC card via app. and some basic work on app like creating profile etc. and making businesses card (as child profile and separate url for each listing) and then update the url of the listing to the NFC card. (Prior project with NFC is must to show in portfolio otherwise I will not be going with someone who is new to NFC).
