Looking for someone to recreate the interface of an existing app & must have the ability to be download to SD and ported into Android phone -- 2

I need an identical version of an app programmed to be customizable (If possible) Also I want to be able to save it to an SD card so I can then plug it into an android phone and use the app from there. The app has to have an identical interface to the original. Please message me IF YOU HAVE TIME & ARE NOT SWAMPED WITH PROJECTS AND DEADLINES. This project should only take 12 hours, 24 hours max. Someone who is experienced in making apps or writing code will be needed to make a great interface and have good solid results. These results will also earn you royalties so this project isn't just the $20. THE APP/PROGRAM DOES NOT AND WILL NOT NEED TO MEET ANY CRITERIA AND/OR ANY SPECIFICATIONS TO BE UPLOADED TO THE APP STORE OR GOOGLE PLAY STORES.
