Looking for a mobile app developer(cross platform)

Hi, I am looking for a mobile app developer who has extensive experience in react native or flutter. You don't need to worry about the design as we have already a design team and it's ready to go. It is kind of a chat application and the overall code will be self hosted using either AWS or Google Cloud. We are open to using API's to deliver and receive messages if the developer has a recommendation.
The end result needs to support two-way conversations and allow mobile users to send in messages containing text, pictures, videos and geographic locations.
We will discuss more details via a private chat. Thanks!
