Looking for an experienced App Developer to build a Chat Application

I am looking for someone who has a good experience in App Designing with flutter, react native, Xamarin, NativeScript(framework).
Requirements
- You must be able to work with Firebase, REST API(s) and 3rd party chat libs like send bird, twillio or getstream.io
- You will have to work as per MDT timezone
- You will have to sign NDA and IP Agreement
- Must have experience with localization, accessibility
- You must know how to build location based services
- You must have experience with search engine libs i.e Algolio, Elastic Search, TypeSense etc.
- You must have developed a least one chat application before.

1. How much experience do you have in flutter widget designing?
2. How much you have experience with the widget unit and integration testing?
3. Have you used any CICD pipeline before? i,e, fastlane, gocd, jenkins, bitbucket, or anything else

6. Do you have a team or will you work alone?
7. How much time do you need to build an application like slack?
8. Which language/framework you used to build a chat application?

13. Have you used any in-app-purchases using 3rd party libs and with Rest API(s) ?
