Looking for a developer to build a Progressive Web App (mobile app) using Ionic

Looking for a developer to build a Progressive Web Mobile App with an admin panel using Firebase. It is a simple on-demand booking app for a barbershop. We're looking for knowledgeable developers that can provide good advice and are well organized all throughout the project.

The wireframes are completed. The prototypes and ERD models are in the process of completion.

App basic described/functionality in short:
Client: Customer
Contractor: Barber

When a client uses the free app, they are able to see a list of barbers and select a barber to schedule a haircut service. At the end of the job, the client has the option to leave a review.

- The client can view the contractor's profile which contains, bio, reviews, rating, number of jobs completed, view services offered with price, and view available booking days and time.
- The client can also message or call the barber in the app.

Attached you'll see a few screenshots to give a little snippet of the project for the admin panel, and client mobile app. The contractor's app is very similar to the client app not shown in screenshots.
