A client of ours is looking for an application to use in house to be used by every department for entry and database purposes.
So far they have been doing all this work on excel. So whenever seniors have to check the status, they have to see it from different -2 files and cross department check was a herculean task for them. So he needs an application for him.
The application flow chart will be like this.
Total 8-9 internal department
1-IQC (internal quality check of raw material)
2-Cutting
3-Printing
4-Preparation will have more departments
HF (high frequency) / Laser cutting / Fuzzing / Embossing / Re cutting / Repackaging )
5- Stitching
6-Assembly
7-Packing
(A grade / B Grade / C grade)
8- Finish Goods (Sold/Unsold in stock at go down)
(A-Grade ,B-Grade, C-Grade)
9-Shipping
This is the road map he has given. Along with this he wants every department to have one authorized person to enter the data and edit the data, the rest person can see the report but not be allowed to do anything with data entries. As well as other departments should not be able to do the cross department data entry and tempering.
Each department will have there login id and password for all employees to see report status of stock position by colourwise, shoe size wise and type of shoe wise such as
Loafers
Oxfords
Derby Shoes
Chukkas
Chelsea-Style Boots
Casual Slip-On Shoes
Active Sneakers. and many more type of footwears entries will come to see and
generate reports for review of his department as well other departments also.
He wants the customer's login also so that they can see the status of their order and stock position of the company as same as their employee can see.
