Looking for a IOS/Android developer to build an App that can connect and control smart tv's

I'm looking to build an app that can control smart tv's like samsung, sony's ect.
The app should be able to flip between the internet apps on the smart tv's and regular cable that comes on the tv. The goal is for a bar to be able to flip easily or even set a time using the app so that i can switch between the internet app and cable. The purpose of this is to make the job for business venue to be able to turn on and control multiple tvs at a time and switch between cable and the internet all at once without have to go up to every television to make this switch with just a remote.
