Long term REMOTE senior iOS mobile developer
Budget: $10 – $25 USD
Seeking a senior swift dev for an established mobile shopping app (12+ yrs on app store). Would be working with an extremely qualified senior Android developer (also remotely working in Russia, excellent english/russian and coding language skills) to synch both builds concurrently with regards to functionality. 100% Telecommute! You would be your own boss as long as daily progress is tracked. 8hr/day 5 days week. Oftentimes, complex new functionality using various JSON feeds is required to be efficiently planned and executed, so the ability to do so with only your fellow (Android) teammate and Google within reasonable timeframe is critical.
I am very laid back and flexible but I do expect progress to be maintained without a babysitter, honesty is key and you will LOVE being a part of this intimate team. We use Github and I am able to monitor commits, see changes in codebase etc as one means of tracking. We also are online with Slack chat throughout the day. Trying to utilize Trello for progress management but sometimes it becomes more work than it's worth. Always open and listen to your feedback if something is not ideal to your expectations but at same time keep in mind the final call resides with myself after careful consideration from all team members, be respectful as I am to your professionalism and skillset.

Maintaining this professionalism is critical and we would be doing a 3 month trial with the selected freelancer. After the trial is over we'd both have a solid grasp of expectations and how things go on the day-to-day, at which time I can either commit to continue full-time salary or discuss other options we may have at that time.

Be competitive in your bid, but don't go too low that you are not able to live nor too high that we overlook that bidder altogether. Fairness all around is key for success.
