Linkedin API Development

We are looking for someone that has extensive experience and is extremely skilled at integrating LinkedIn in a mobile app using the LinkedIn APIs. We mostly use Ionic, Angular, and MySQL to interact with the LinkedIn apis. We will want this person to implement:
1. Log in with Linkedin
2. Import full LinkedIn profile - as much as we have permission to receive
3. Import # of total connections
