Language learning app (similar to duolingo)

Hello!
I'm looking for a team of developers that can build an app for learning languages. (Similar to Duolingo, Memrise etc)
The app must be written in React Native OR Flutter so we can support both iOS and Android.
The following features are required:
* Ability to create an account, login etc
* A homescreen similar to duolingo, with lessons similar to duolingo. (Complete bite sized lessons and earn XP points)
* Gameification. (Earn XP points for completing lessons and get on a leaderboard)
* A plus membership where users can pay a monthly fee to have premium benefits
* An easy to navigate, intuitive design. The design is big here. It has to look good.
* An admin panel to track users, memberships, account details etc
* A seperate app for people to contribute to the language learning courses.
We will probably also need a self-hosted and SCALABLE API to host our app. Maybe hosted on K8 or something similar.
