Kotlin Browser Application Bug Fix

I have a Browser Application I have integrated tor service in my application. just like the Tor Browser android app. Function Created in Java when using my function in kotlin code then it's some bug. you need to fix this bug in kotlin file. I mean when user browse any url then the loadurl pass through my tor function.
