I am looking for someone to develop an iphone and android app. The concept is similar to freelancer where people can post what specialties they have in any career field. The only difference is that it is more focused on regional physical services needs. The app needs to be split into 2 parts, for workers and for those seeking services. Workers should be able to upload pictures of their work, degrees and other qualifications as well as list their rates. Workers should also have a featured banner for those who want to pay an extra fee. Seekers should be able to find the workers in the specialty that they need for their region. For example if someone in singapore is looking for a plumber, a plumber in england shouldnt pop up for them. I will need an ecommerce system included where whatever rates the service providers charge the system automatically charge an extra 10% BEFORE it is added to their portfolio and when the seeker pays upon work completion that 10% goes to my company while the rest goes to the provider. App must have every language included as i am aiming for international coverage with this app. I would like ads but not so much as most seekers will use this only when they need a service. Main target for the seekers are companies who do not want to hire full time staff and only need service providers for hourly work but the rates should also allow for not just hourly rates but also daily,weekly and monthly rates. Of course the other standard requirements are a must such as customer reviews and ratings, help & faqs etc. Finished project means ready to be uploaded to apple store and play store.
