Inventory stocktake App

I'm looking to see if anyone knows of an app that could complete the following for me.

Example - I hold physical stock at different locations and at the end of the month we have to complete a stocktake. On every piece of equipment there is the following

A barcode
A lot number
A batch number
A expiry date

Is it possible that the app can scan the barcode and then generate the following information. i'm assuming the barcode holds this information.

The app would need to be compatible as well

Product
Description
Lot Number
batch number
Expiry date
Quantity on hand.

Once completed to then be emailed
