Integrate Payment Gateway on Website and Build A mobile App and Integrate Payment Gateway for in-app Purchase

I need One or Two Payment Gateways (2checkout or Bluesnap or both Integrated ) on my Online Church Website and a Mobile App Designed,developed and configured with both Payment Gateways fully Integrated for In app Purchase and subsequently Uploaded Into GooglePlay or Apple play or IOS store with full security
I need a developer Who is both a website Specialist for API PAYMENT INTEGRATION AND ALSO AN EXPERIENCED MOBILE APP DEVELOPER for in app or api payment integration. Developer Should be able to Configure Administrative Privileges on both Merchant Account and make sure Security is Tight. Payment or donation Categories will be given during the course of the Project. Project should be able to be configured for all types of payment options provided by checkout or blue snap. There is already an existing Mobile App on Google play or IOS so we could possibly modify that and reupload or create a new one as the case may be
