We are a fresh produce wholesale and manufacturing business, we need a Powerapp that gathers incoming product information and enables the user to conduct a product assessment against a specification. The app must include calculations to provide percentages of each defect to the sample size, also to allow for photo's. The attached PDF displays the information, format and fields required to give you an idea of what the end result is.
