Include Google AdMob in Xamarin project

Hi,
I need an Xamarin template application that includes:
- Google AdMob with native code or free nuget plugin, you should use test ids provided by google, the banner ads should be working when your deliver the project witout any further modif
- a button to display Interstital or video ads
- a button to remove Ads when people do a purchase
- a button to redirect a people to application review section in google or apple store

I will provide a new project with the indicated buttons so you just need to implement the asked features
