Identifying if the image is edited -- 2

I am developing an an app, In which people share the screenshot of their win in a game. I want to check if the screenshot is genuine or it is tempered. I should also be to extract UserID, GameCode, and Win/Lose status from the screenshot. All the screenshots which any user may upload have same look except for the UserID, Game Code and Win/Lose status. Now a user may try to edit their Lost Status as Win. My app should be able to detect such tempering with the image.
