IONIC Mobile Application

We need to design mobile application to be used by end user.
Here is the detail of mobile app.
User wants to swap a battery from swapping station using this mobile app. A user can swap the battery by logging into our mobile app which will be communicating with device directly using our cloud servers.
User will login to our app using his registered mobile number.
User can scan QR Code display on particular swapping station
Once the QR code is scanned the details of that swapping station i.e:
Station details such as station name , no of swaps , transaction charges
User can see all slots details of swapping station.
Once the user selects the slot the swapping station will automatically opens up the selected slot.
Once the user puts battery in specific slot. The swapping station will verify the battery details.
If the battery is authenticated, the swapping station will perform a swapping transaction and issue a new battery to user.
If the battery is not authenticated, the slot will open again and user can pick his old battery.
Swapping Done !!!
Need to design all screens for mobile application.
Mobile application should be hybrid and needs to be tested on all platforms.
Design should be Minimalistic as per latest industry designs.
