Hyper Markets Application

I need an application for IOS & Android to be implemented as below:



A customer will choose the hyper market wants to visit in his application, he will go there and scan every product and get the latest price from it and put in the cart since the application will be connected to the hypermarket database which has the latest prices (with discounts if available) then he will pay for all the items, and if he wants to leave the gate without paying or forgot to pay the security alarms will be alerted and I suppose all hypermarket gates already have the sensors right?



The whole point of the application is that the Customer IS NOT needed to wait in the cashier crowded queue to pay, Clear RIGHT?
