Description:
The aim of this application is to enable any delivery service provider (called provider here) to propose its services to sales or individuals in a flexible & simple way.
Provider Process:
1. Register to the platform with specific information to be shared
2. The admin will validate the provider registration request.
3. Upon validation, the provider may start using the solution.
4. The solution will be accessible upon subscription using mobile money.
5. The provider shares its availability in order to receive a notification in case of service delivery request.
6. The provider accepts as quickly as possible the sale or individual’s service request
7. The provider joins its client to pick the stuff to be delivered.
8. The client & provider validate on the app the package has left for its destination. At the same time, the final client will receive a code generated by the application.
9. The provider gets to the final customer and request the code to validate the right destination.
10. The final customer releases the code and the providers does the same for the client packages.
11. The provider validates the package is delivered & share a review of the sale, he has picked the package from.
12. Soon, the sale or individual confirm same from the app and provide a review to provider performance.
13. The sales shall be able to cancel the delivery request even if it has been validated by the provider
14. The provider shall be able to cancel the ongoing delivery by highlighting the exact reason so that same gets shared to the client or sale.
Sales or Individual process:
1. Register to the platform with specific information to be shared
2. Once done, submit a service delivery request and wait for a provider to accept your offer.
3. Release the package to the provider and validate the package has left so that a code is share using SMS to its final customer.
4. Wait till the package is delivered to receive a notification from App and share a review on customer performance.
