Hybrid Android/iOS Apps that could exchange information from google spreadsheet in realtime when edit.
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I would like to make hybrid android/iOS app that could access google spreadsheet for 450+ user in realtime.
Will NOT use 3rd party api like https://sheetdb.io/. This project include development of Self hosted api server.
Please recommend the App Graphic design.
The app could also edit the google spreadsheet and refresh the edited row/col in real time to all user
it will have user role to Edit/Read spefic google spreadsheet Columns assigned to read in the app, and only display the data of the user's login email [user login email as 1st col and its data are in the row], as following

admin (to see all user's profile/QC)
Which this role determine which user could read/edit it (multiple user could view/edit row at same time).
The user role will be given in the 2nd row of the google spreadsheet table (could be multiple separated with commas)
at 08.00 PM GMT+7 all edit access is revoked to other user than admin, and the editor will be able to edit after 11.00 AM next day
The display on the app like a profile page with the information show are the column data that specific to its user row (there will be col for user ID/Email)
Login will be using google auth login and username/password. If user data present in user email column, then user could login.
