Hearing Device -- 2

I need an iPhone app. This is a repost. Previous freelancer did not complete the project. I need the existing designed modified and the code built. The product is a voice recorder with monitoring. There is already a similar product in the App Store bearing the name: MOREC. My app is simpler since it will not have Echo, High Pass Filter, Low Pass Filter, Distortion, and Doubler features. There are already similar apps in the market but this project is geared to a specific sector not currently being served.
