Gardanier Project

Hey this is Jake Gardanier. I’m looking for some app developers to help develop my idea of an app. I need them to be able to program an app where users are able to see other users location. This will be a social media styled app as well, so the coding for that will be needed too. I have wire frames that I would be able to send but would first need a non disclosure agreement before that takes place. I also want to know the cost for this project and an estimate on how long it will take to develop. Thank you.
