Game developer to update existing app (Philippines)

Need a game developer to do some updates to an existing app.
Mostly small work. I have an existing working well app. I need a few things to be updated
1. Current app loads the scene in a static way. I want them to be loaded from a JSON.
2. Add a login menu. with buttons (for admin access)
