Full Stack App Development for Comercial Property Inspections
Budget: $25,000 – $100,000 USD
We are currently seeking proposals for the design of an app that works on IOS, Android as well as Windows desktop. Actual inspections will be performed on iPads. We need full stack experts that can design and develop the project from the ground up. Strong project management experience required. We need a team to take this application from concept to feet on the ground inspecting commercial property.
This application is urgently needed. Time is of the essence.
The purpose of the app is to create a property condition report for our customers. Our final report will give our customers feedback on immediate repairs required on their building and those that need to be done annually over the next 10 years. Each inspection shall have a list of items specific to the entire property and then those items specific to the buildings located on that property. In the case of apartments have one parking lot, one monument sign but then has multiple buildings on that site. We have an exact list of items to be done for each inspection. This app will be very similar to the many residential inspection apps currently on the market, except we only.
Key features that are different are:
- App should scale to have multiple inspectors working simultaneous.
- Our inspections are all commercial building, condo buildings, apartments so we have multiple buildings on each property.
- We would like for the app to work in an offline mode on our company owned I-pads which we provide our inspectors and data shall be collected from on site and then will be uploaded to the online portal – this can be discussed and if it all needs to be done on the online portal that will work also.
- We need the app to be hosted by you, and have it be compatible with and commonly used or available host.
- We will share a basic outline of inspection categories and items.
- We have sample reports showing what we would like our reports to look like that we can share with you.
- We need sequential page numbers on the report.
- We need an index that is formatted to adapt to changes to include properties with one building and properties with 50 buildings.
- The PC requirement is basically for the admin portion of creating, editing inspections, and costing.
