Design and prototype UI Screens that should be able to handle large amount of data
Work with Business and technical team to gather requirements and convert those requirements into wireframes
Convert wireframes into HTML 5 code
Understand the existing environment, develop a long-term User experience strategy, make data more readily accessible to the business
Bring a user-friendly UI first mentality to ensure the best user experience and theme of our brand
Lead initiatives to define and design micro interactions between various application integrations with partners
Maintain the dashboard screens and all associated applications to ensure critical applications run smoothly
Support the creation of a data screens and delivery of business insights to our end-users
Develop and execute a plan to improve the UI screens over time and make recommendations to enhance the value going forward
Drive and maintain a culture of quality, innovation and experimentation
Help drive the technology agenda of the company, maintain a culture of quality, innovation, and experimentation
No direct supervisory responsibilities, but the ability to collaborate across the organization will be critical
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; works well in group problem solving situations.
Ability to communicate effectively with executives, managers, vendors, and in group or team settings; ability to respond to requests quickly.
